Introduction

Flagg’d (“the App”) is operated by The Aion Lab (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Flagg’d.

Information We Collect

• Account information — name and email address provided through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
• Uploaded screenshots — text message screenshots you choose to submit for analysis.
• Analysis results — AI-generated insights about communication patterns derived from your screenshots.

How We Use Your Information

Your uploaded screenshots are sent to our AI analysis provider (Anthropic / Claude) to identify communication patterns, flag potential concerns, and generate response suggestions. The analysis results are stored so you can access them later. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Analysis results are stored in Supabase with encryption at rest. Uploaded screenshots are processed for analysis and are not permanently retained after processing is complete. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Authentication

Flagg’d uses Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In, managed through Supabase Auth. We receive only the basic profile information (name and email) needed to create and manage your account. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• Anthropic — AI analysis of uploaded screenshots.
• Apple TestFlight — app distribution during the beta period.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, solely for the purpose of operating the App.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@flaggd.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children’s Privacy

Flagg’d is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
